As an Aboriginal business, AMC aims to engage Aboriginal employees wherever possible and to liaise with Traditional Owners to create sustainable work and opportunities on Country where we are working.
We will seek to promote Aboriginal employment and training in conjunction with our Aboriginal Corporation, Jankaru Kala. AMC is currently working towards establishing Aboriginal traineeships through Jankaru Kala.
